Grades are all aligned nicely now, and effects are in a single lua function. Grade xml is more or less cleaned up, renamed _grade models to _grade sprites since there aren't 3d models in there anymore (also removed left over orphaned files from where there was. And the quad award video is fully eastereggable. There is probably still some work to be done but it should be in a nice enough state to go into the wip branch.

Fixed a problem with the sound not dimming. Also finally worked out how the shit the function version of diffuse is supposed to work. There's a neat function in gnSystem (I will move it later) that turns hex values into arguments for diffuse().
